Decentralized answers for the Torzon Market ecosystem.

Account Security & Access

I lost my login password or PIN. Can I recover my account?

No. The torzon official infrastructure operates on a zero-knowledge basis. Administrators do not have access to your PIN or password hashes in a readable format. If you lose your PIN (used for withdrawals) or your password, your account and the funds within it are permanently inaccessible. This is a security feature, not a bug, designed to prevent coercion.

Why is the Torzon captcha not working?

The torzon login page uses an advanced rotating captcha to prevent DDoS attacks. If the captcha image is broken or always returns "Invalid", try the following:

  • Ensure Javascript is disabled (Standard/Safer mode in Tor), but sometimes the captcha requires "Standard" temporarily.
  • Request a "New Identity" in Tor Browser (Ctrl+Shift+U).
  • Switch to a different torzon mirror from our Links Page.
What is PGP 2FA and why can't I disable it?

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via PGP is mandatory for all Vendor accounts and highly recommended for Buyers. When you try to access the torzon market, the server encrypts a random string with your Public Key. You must decrypt it to prove you are the account owner. Once enabled, it prevents anyone from accessing your account even if they steal your password via a phishing link.

Deposits & Crypto

My Monero (XMR) deposit hasn't arrived after 2 hours.

This is the most common query on the torzon darknet. Please verify the following:

  1. Confirmations: XMR requires 10 confirmations on the blockchain before the market wallet recognizes it. This takes approximately 20-30 minutes.
  2. Phishing Check: Did you use a verified torzon url? If you deposited funds into an address given by a phishing site, the money is gone.
  3. Sync Issue: Sometimes the market backend lags. Go to your Wallet page and click "Check for Deposits".
Can I deposit Bitcoin (BTC) directly from an Exchange?

NEVER send Bitcoin directly from Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken to a torzon wallet. Exchanges use chain analysis software (CipherTrace/Chainalysis) to flag darknet transactions. Doing so will get your exchange account banned and your identity flagged. Always send BTC to a personal Electrum wallet first, or preferably, swap to Monero (XMR) before depositing.

Orders & Escrow

The vendor hasn't shipped my order. What do I do?

Vendors on torzon market have a set time (usually 72 hours) to mark an order as "Shipped". If they fail to do so, the order is automatically cancelled, and the funds are returned to your market wallet. Do not message support about this; the process is automated.

How does the Dispute process work?

If you receive a package that is empty, compromised, or never arrives (after the shipping time), do not "Finalize" the order. Instead, click the "Dispute" button. This alerts a torzon official moderator. You will need to provide proof (pictures of packaging, logs). The moderator will then decide whether to release funds to the vendor or refund the buyer.

What is 'Auto-Finalize' (AF)?

Auto-Finalize is a timer designed to protect vendors from lazy buyers. If an order is marked "Shipped" and you do not dispute or finalize it within 14 days (variable), the market assumes you received it and releases the funds to the vendor automatically. Always watch your timer.
